My stay at Love Field Hotel & Suites was quite disappointing, especially considering the exterior looked nice. The inside, however, was a different story with worn carpets and an unkempt atmosphere. The service was lacking too, with a rude front desk attendant, which made my experience feel more frustrating than enjoyable.

The room we finally got was spacious, but it had maintenance issues like keycard problems and only one bath towel for two beds. I felt the overall cleanliness was questionable, especially since I had to use towels to avoid stepping on the carpet.
